Return Policy
Purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange
provided that they are shipped back within 3 days of receipt and are in perfect unused condition.
A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returned items;
the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including any taxes and customs duty.
If you wish to return an item
please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without such a number will be refused
If you receive an item that is damaged
and it appears that the damage occurred before shipping, please contact us (within 3 days of receipt) to get a Return Authorization Number. The item may then be returned for a direct exchange.
If you receive an item that seems to have been damaged while in transit, this becomes an insurance matter. Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and we submit an insurance claim for you.
