Sales Are Final
Please make your selections
carefully. Our basic policy is that All Sales
Are Final. By this we
mean that you cannot return your purchase for a refund;
so if you have any questions, please ask before buying.
Exchange
You
cannot return for exchange any items shipped by our associate
companies in the USA .
If your purchase was shipped from
Canada, you can, in special circumstances - with our
permission - return your purchase for an exchange. This
must be arranged within 5 days of you receiving your order;
no exchanges will be made after that time.
You must first contact us to get an okay for the
exchange, and if we agree to the exchange then we will
issue you a Return Authorization Number. We will refuse
to accept unauthorized returns.
Exchange Handling Fee
To cover the
costs of the work involved in an exchange, we charge a
15% handling fee (with a minimum fee of US$10.00). You
are responsible for all the additional costs - including
shipping, customs duties and taxes.
Damaged Goods
We
inspect every item before it is shipped, but
if your purchase is flawed when you receive it, and it
is obvious that it was not damaged during shipping, then
please contact us to get a Return Number. We will be
pleased to make a direct exchange for you. You must contact
us within 5 days of receiving your order to report the
receipt of damaged merchandise. We will not accept "damaged
goods" claims after 5 days following receipt of
the goods.
If
the item was damaged while being shipped, then this
becomes an insurance matter and we can only help if your
shipment was insured. In this case, please go to INSURANCE
CLAIM. If your shipment was
not insured, please remember that uninsured shipping
was your choice.
