Lost in transit: We rely
on you to let us know if a shipment does not arrive. If
we don't hear from you, we assume that delivery was made.
Shipments can be late (especially shipments by mail) but
lost shipments are very rare. If your shipment is overdue,
please let us know as soon as possible so that we can check
on it for you and if necessary we will file an insurance
claim.
Damaged in transit Contact
the carrier immediately - UPS, USPS, the Post
Office, etc. and let them know about the damage. They will
probably want to inspect the parcel, so make sure you keep
all the packaging. Let us know as soon as possible and
we will file the insurance claim.
