Shipping Info

We will ship worldwide.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days following the receipt of your payment. If there is likely to be a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know.

We can guarantee how and when we will ship, but we cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive on time; we are not responsible for delays in transit.

Where we ship from:
Most of our products are shipped by us from Port Alberni, British Columbia , Canada ; but some products are shipped for us by a number of associated companies in the USA .


Shipping from
Canada:
Shipping within Canada
is usually by CanadaPost Expedited Mail or XPRESSPOST
Shipping to the USA
is either by CanadaPost (delivered by the US Postal Service) or by UPS.
Shipping outside of North America
is by CanadaPost (the Post Office)

Shipping from the
USA:
Shipping within the USA : our associated companies in the USA will (usually) only ship to addresses in the USA by UPS. If this is a problem for you, please contact us and we will see if it's possible to get your order shipped by mail (USPS).
Shipping to Canada
is by UPS for some products or by Mail for other products.
Shipping outside of North America
is usually by Mail.

Need it in a RUSH?
Yes, we can help (with most items). Overnight, 2 Day Air, etc. are all possible. Send us your requirements with a full shipping address and we will get back to you with a price quote.

Insurance

Insurance is included in the shipping cost escept for those few low-value items for which uninsured shipping is shown as on option.

Insurance Claim

Lost in transit:
We rely on you to let us know if a shipment does not arrive. If we don't hear from you, we assume that delivery was made. Shipments can be late (especially shipments by mail) but lost shipments are very rare. If your shipment is overdue, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can check on it for you and if necessary we will file an insurance claim.
Damaged in transit
Contact the carrier immediately - UPS, USPS, the Post Office, etc. and let them know about the damage. They will probably want to inspect the parcel, so make sure you keep all the packaging. Let us know as soon as possible and we will file the insurance claim.
